Slim & Strong is a supportive fitness and wellness application developed by VitalWell Hub to help women build healthier exercise habits, improve strength, and access practical fitness guidance.

The application provides easy-to-follow workouts, wellness information, and fitness guidance intended for general informational and educational purposes.

The information collected depends on how you use the application and which features and services are enabled. We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for operating, maintaining, and improving the application.

2.1 Information You May Provide

• Name or username, where provided by the user.
• Email address, where an account or support request requires it.
• Information voluntarily provided when contacting VitalWell Hub.

2.2 App Usage Information

Depending on the application’s configuration, usage information may include interactions with features, workout selections, session information, and general application activity.

Third-party services used by the application may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, country or approximate region, application version, and technical identifiers.

2.4 Analytics and Crash Information

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process information relating to application usage, performance, diagnostics, and crashes. This information helps us understand technical problems and improve application reliability.

2.5 Advertising Information

Slim & Strong uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on applicable settings, permissions, and regional requirements, advertising services may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interaction information, and related technical information for advertising and measurement purposes.

Slim & Strong relies on selected third-party services to support advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and core application functions. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

In October 2025, VitalWell Hub removed the AppLovin SDK from the application.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party service providers. Their respective privacy policies govern their processing of information.

Users may be able to control advertising personalization through Android or Google advertising settings. Available controls may vary by device, account, location, and applicable regulations.

The Slim & Strong application itself does not necessarily use browser cookies. However, our website and third-party services may use cookies, SDKs, local storage, identifiers, or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, security, and functionality.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information belonging to a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, take medication, have an injury, or have been advised to limit physical activity.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience severe pain, chest pain, fainting, significant shortness of breath, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VitalWell Hub is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or other consequences resulting from reliance on general fitness information, improper use of the application, failure to follow professional medical advice, or physical activity performed while using the application.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
